What the funding covers
100% tuition exemption for admitted graduate students. Stipends are project-funded top-ups (TÜBİTAK rates: 47,850 TL/month for MA/MS, 10 months/year), plus free dormitory, transport support, private health insurance and a laptop. A stipend is not guaranteed for every admittee.
