Eligibility

Who can apply: Bangladeshi applicants are eligible (see official source).
Minimum qualification: First degree of at least upper second-class (2:1) honours standard, or equivalent.
The CSC does not require an IELTS test; universities may require English evidence.
A nominator application is also required.
